Day 1
Pick up and Kigali city tour

On your 1st day we shall pick you up from the Kigali international airport and transfer at your respective hotel for check-in and then after we shall do a Kigali sightseeing tour for the intention of welcoming you to the country of 100hills and learning much about Rwanda, in the city tour we will cover the main spots of Kigali including the Kigali Genocide memorial, Old Kigali, New Kigali,….Afterwards Dinner and Overnight at Lemigo Hotel.

Day 2
Transfer to Karongi destination

We will start the tour from Kigali at around 09am and drive towards Karongi which is approximately 3 hours’ drive. On our way going there we will stop at The Ndaba rock and its magnificent waterfall for culture and historical experience. After reaching to Karongi we may have a lunch at golf hotel, in the afternoon hours we may visit Environmental museum and relax on the lakeside of kivu, overall we may move to Macheo ecolodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3
Transfer to kigali

Following the breakfast at 08am we shall start by doing 1 hour city tour so as to know the beauty and the highlight of the city of Karongi. After the city tour we will do 3 hours boat trip in the lake where we will have a chance to visit Napoleon island, King island, Queen island, Prince island, Peace island, places where Germans had a Coffee factory and the place where Germans left their boat during first World War. After that we shall take a lunch and come back to Kigali.

What's the best time of year to come to Rwanda?
